My friend Justine Ezarik (aka iJustine), who blogs at Tastyblogsnack, now stars in a new Internet TV series, Take180’s in2ition. In the latest episode of the fictional series, she gets kidnapped.
The Program gave Hope Fox everything she needed: friends, a home – even
parents. She had no major complaints, until the day they abducted Zain.
Now, Hope wants her boyfriend back. With your help, she’s going to get
what she wants.
Above is a photo gallery of Justine I took at Intel headquarters.
Here’s the video interview I did with Justine on her lifecasting experience.
Justin is growing into an Internet superstar. Here’s her Flickr stream (I like this shot), her Twitter stream (with 25,765 followers), her blog, and the initial episode on YouTube.
Justine’s I Want a Cheeseburger!!!!!! video has gotten nearly a million views on YouTube.
Update: I couldn’t locate information about Justine’s exact role with Take180, so Christine passes along this info:
Thanks
for writing about Justine Ezarik’s involvement with Take180.com. I
just wanted to clarify that Justine is a guest star in an “Off the
Grid” submission for In2ition. In fact, she’s one of several
Internet celebrities that we’ve worked with to promote Take180 shows. Other stars include Liam ‘Kelly’ Sullivan (2008 People’s Choice Award
in the user generated video category for ‘Shoes’), Matthew Lush, and
Lisa Nova, whose Take180 promotional video has reached almost 1.5MM
views on YouTube.
Take180.com is a new site where people come together to make great web
shows. Members power the weekly episodes by submitting stories,
videos, photos, and artwork in response to specific challenges from the
show producers, and also by commenting and voting on other people’s
submissions. Episodes are never longer than three minutes.
